How far in advance should we start planning?
For weddings and large productions, 6 to 12 months ahead is ideal. Corporate events and conferences usually need 2 to 4 months. Less time than that? Ask anyway: our vendor network lets us move fast.
Do you only work in Istanbul?
Istanbul is home, but we plan events across Türkiye and abroad. We also welcome international groups to Türkiye through our incoming tourism service.
Do you work with fixed packages or custom proposals?
Every proposal is custom. Scope, guest count, and venue drive the budget, and you approve a transparent line item plan before anything is booked.
Can you work with vendors or a venue we already have?
Yes. We are happy to plug into contracts you already hold and fill the gaps, from design and styling to on site direction.
What if we only need help with part of the planning?
That is exactly what Event Consultation is for: you stay in control and we advise on concept, budget, vendor selection, and timeline.
